The candles may have blown out on the “Birthday Sex” theme song but that doesn’t mean that it was the last we heard from Jeremih. He’s having his cake and eating it too with his next soon-to-be summer bedroom tune with none other than his Def Jam labelmate Ludacris. The chorous finds Jeremih’s youthful register hollering “I like” as catchy as he sounded stuttering “girl you know I-I-I” on “Birthday Sex.” Recycling the note is a one trick pony, but in this case, it’s good even for a laugh like some trick candles that never say die.
